Can we get a clarification for the following from SYA BOD:
Is PLL obligated to buy their share of the agreement that is 113,000 KT per year or half the spod produced, each year?
And if yes what's the confirmed pricing structure and are PLL payments are not in arrears?
This is the best chance to void the PLL OTA completely.
