I am not suggesting that SYA dips into it’s own cash reserves at all.
What I am suggesting is that some of the cash injection that the chemical company would bring to secure 50% equity in the carbonate plant, be used to compensate PLL for giving up their share of the jv they don’t want.
There should be no net cost to SYA and the carbonate plant would be substantially derisked.
