I agree Split, at the time of the CR there was potentialy two options the second being an OTA , in fact there was a third which would involve reducing working interest for a free carry ( that could also be part of an OTA.) , all options involve dilution in some form be it through the issuing of shares or a reduction in working interest, debt or some other loss of control.

As I stated in my thoughts, I believe the OTA would have included the carbonate plant which at the moment the market is ascribing $0 to, but if it were funded and had a timeline there would be a value ascribed. I personally feel that the share price would be higher based on the fact that there would be clear line of site as to how long the LOM charade would be and clear understanding of when to expect a chemical production facility to be functional. The market knows PLL has been pumping the brakes on this for quite a while and until we get a definite signal that we are moving forward with a funding source and a timeline the market will continue to ignore the carbonate plant's 3.2 Billion NPV.
