Didn't JB state that the OTA was not long enough so not what they were looking for. If this was the case it does not sound like a JV for the conversion plant just a simple OTA. I think waiting for a longer term JV (OTA and conversion plant) is worth the wait. Also with the market being the way it has been I think we would have lost most of the gains made over the last 12months. Hopefully we can time an announcement for a JV and Moblan results when things are improving in the market and get the most value from such announcements.
