I don't know if their mining tenement laws are the same as here.
If work has not been done on the tenement within a time frame, it is open for others to claim.
Just have to be there, first in line to claim.

The Nano One Candiac factory is for Cathode material, initially I thought it was for their battery production using the one pot process.
Meaning the cathode material is an upgraded alternative to Carbonate or LiOH
or as I see it.
Love to hear what other's think.
This factory is a big step for the Quebec ecosystem as these are the people who invented lfp batteries and who suffered the most when the tech walked to China.
It's great to see them back into production with upgrades to that tech and with backing from many internationsl sources.

I doubt they would be as harsh on J.B.as some here are, as they have been through similar scenarios.
