Thanks Rupfel. I'll paste the comments from Logan Lu in here a well. It seems that production of both spodumene and lepidolite are decreasing drastically in China. This, coupled with lower interest rates around the world this year, will create another under-supply scenario.
Eventually the market will have to find an equilibrium between price and production costs otherwise we will keep having these under-supply / over-supply swings. As we know, lepidolite production costs are higher than spod, so all these lepidolite mines must be running at a loss at the moment.
