Holding stocks in a down trend like this one is really REALLY bad for your health. It will come right one day. Nah mate you can't let it happen in the first place.
The problem is the method that gets you the gains (hold n hope) is not the same method that protects those gains or your capital. You have to switch gears.
You should only ever allow a stock to go against you 10-25% max - especially a $billion+ mc stock that only gained that billion MC for less than a couple years. 99% of them return to baseline and never hit the heights again. Ever.
It's disheartening reading some of these posts and i feel your pain i really do.
