It was condition of the debt covernant rather than interest payments, most of which were capitilised as they had negative cash flow.
Yes SYA have no debt but the AJM case study of decision making remains incredibly valid. I see the comments about the interest rate on the AJM facility as if it was something that happened to them rather than poor management. The stratergy was quick takeover so the team could sail off into the sunset, they will be looking for the same on SYA.
If they got offered 7 to 8c here they would recommend holders take it.
