Great post. You have highlighted exactly the biggest problem Sayona is facing right now. And it is an existential problem. We are dealing with recalicitrant, stubborn old farts who are trying to run Sayona like a private company, i.e., a fiefdom bereft of independence, downstream experience, and alternative perspectives, which is what makes up a healthy board of directors.
Buckler is NOT independent.
And my biggest fear right now is that those f*ers are going to try to slip another "independent" director (i.e., another hackey with Morella/Altura/NH connections) through and hope that ASX gives them a free pass. Those fools are willing to get it go down to the wire.
