Did you listen to this topic being discussed at the AGM? a chair needs to be appointed first and is targeted to be before the end of this current quarter and then a board renewal half way through this year. It is a long process to find the perfect mix of board members and a CEO.
Youl be continually frustrated and disappointed if your expecting this to change NOW when you've been told it's most likely later this year
