This statement attached to all reports basically nullifies any lawsuit with regard to statements made about when something will occur. These are ALWAYS present on company documents and reports, the lawsuit is meant to scare people into selling their shares and potentially make short sellers rich by creating fear in the un-informed. Please read and spread the word to the un-informed .
