I agree the most likely situation is that behind the scene they are already discussing this and it will be with an integrated party. Let's face it a banker cannot bring anything to this party and the most likely option in light of serious cash flow constraints and funding requirements is that PLL share in SYA will be sold to an integrated party (perhaps PLL will retain a small share), but from a risk perspective this would be the least riskiest
