Also worth noting, shorters may not bother closing out if its above their initial positions, reason is because if a company is delisted the shares are worthless, so they dont need to pay anyone back. So if it is the case that perhaps SYA will be delisted id say that it wont go above 16c, remember when Yellow corporation tanked from shorting then made a spectacular recovery before being delisted, id say if SYA is going down the same path we could see something similar, be mindful to sell though if you feel SYA will be delisted.
