Ewoyaa Capital cost of 185k usd is certainly impressive. Why do you think Moblan is 5 x more?
Atlantic uses conservative $1,587/ ton. Their DFS states a mixture of 6% and 5.5% whereas Moblan is stated 6%. now I'm not suggesting they will always and easily hit 6% but I guess you have to go by what's stated in the studies at this stage. So there's a premium for Moblan concentrate as well as surely being a premium for being clean and green NA produced concentrate?
Now I'm no shipping expert and I'm not saying your wrong Aussie but I don't see how shipping concentrate by sea from Africa to the US is equal to or less than railing it within Quebec or into the US.
Has there ever been mention of a chemical refinery in Ghana? genuinely asking.. I don't follow the project that closely. I'm sure being in the area it is wouldn't necessarily attract a high amount of the limited chemical engineer workforce. Yes Moblan is remote and cold in the Winter but still close to a more desirable lifestyle.
