Ah perhaps this could also be because of FOMC minutes tonight, the rumor is itll hint at when interest rate cuts will occur. If interest rate cuts are soon then that means these could be the lows as more people will be able to purchase vehicles at more affordable interest rates, with more interest in buying vehicles, there will be more interest in EV's, this will lead to restocking of lithium to meet the demand of EV's. In most cases companies will need to prepare for the demand earlier than the date its set to happen, so likely after tonight if interest rates are hinted at being lowered in the next meeting then restocking should begin now.
