Good spot, makes sense, had about 1B returned on Wed & Thursday last week.
Still, I think we will be in trading halt at open tomorrow until we get a response to this action from SYA management. Maybe I am holding my breath that we get some communication here. Probably stupid to expect that.....
Its not a good look from PLL though. A substantial shareholder selling off SYA will reflect badly on them as a JV partner (non-interest) in SYA so no "mutual agreement with JV undertakings. Also why sell? Are SYA shares not worth holding? No, rather perhaps PLL just needs the cash as another forum user wrote.
But as others have said, perhaps this clears the conflicts of interest between SYA and PLL in future endeavours
