Regardless of the market's reaction to this development, it underscores two key points for me. Firstly, Pll's challenging financial situation is evident. Secondly, I'm hopeful that our new cornerstone investor has substantial resources to demand improved performance from our Board of Directors in advocating for SYA's shareholders more and less looking after the interests of a partner that has been holding us back.
