Maybe it’s the cynic in me, but when the largest shareholder sees a DFS and then sells their entire holding a day later (as well as at the bottom of the commodity cycle), it’s probably not good news.

Also speaks volumes about the ability of SYA to fund the Moblan Capex. Writing is likely on the wall with further dilution.

Then again, let’s see what announcement the company puts out to explain this. If the shares have gone to multiple parties, it will be a disaster. The only saving grace will be if a major party has taken all of them.
