Well there was a certain inevitability about PLL selling its stake in SYA it needs cash so no real supprise there...anyone picking up the stake will be going in well aware of what they are buying into, be very interesting to see where this leads to but likely an overall positive but won't do the shareprice much good tomorrow, although 5.2c is a 35% increase on where it was a short time ago.
