My guess is very similar, in that perhaps we have decided to quicken the Carb path.
Along with the sale to whoever ... maybe it is part of a deal coming thru with a new shareholder taking up PLL shares and having brought some on line at these low prices as well.
Should be a report out maybe tomorrow on what's going on.
Something is in the wings for sure.
