On the spot VodskI, the second scenario is more likely because PLL can’t asks for their shares of more than one billion to be returned in three days even though if a fraction of theirs shares are lent to be shorted
soon we will be informed who is the new partner and for sure it is a good news because who is gonna put $60m in this environment for Lithium market if not cashed up and big, beside it could takes larger holding than PLL.
