to me it simply looks like PLL are dumping their shares as it'd cost them more not to. until spod prices increase it's costing more to produce than we're able to sell the product for. why would they want to front up any of the production costs in the current environment.
we're now fully exposed to the deficit, sure hope the spod market turns around quickly from here
