Looking at the SYA announcement back on 25/01 I'm now led to believe that SYA has already been in discussion with a new JV partner and they have been waiting in the back room to be announced.
PLL have been outed as a 304 and dumped like a bad girlfriend and has stormed out selling the engagement ring for a discount.
This will work out better for SYA in the long run as the divorce costs later on will be more expensive.
Hopefully SYA's new partner will be a more traditional one that is there for the long run and wants to work as a team to build a better future.
