Or if it is the shorters that it was sold to, it could be the buyer that shorted this down, so they get the 5.2c that they agreed on rather than 18.8% discount to 8c which is higher. Once the sale happens theyll stop shorting and be content that itll be a decent gain in a couple of years time.
