unless you are referring to PLL, SYA itself is far from dead.

what intrigues me though is implications now to any future party that joins the ranks and if indeed PLL just tarnished there reputation with SYA.

with SYA shares being punished on this news, management need to wake up and see that PLL is only interest in PLL.

So with that now in the back of SYA managements mind, one can now only hope its a forgive by not forget moment.

So from that standpoint, when our OTA for spodumene is to be fed through either carb plant/hydroxide, I assume SYA management with now 75%/25%jv and thus the controling interest AND now also no shareholders to appease within our register tide to PLL. Perhaps we wont mind signing off on a new agreement that allows SYA to use the converter (carb/hydro) but that PLLs share might incur a usage fee.

That is if the SYA/PLL OTA even last that long. Perhaps PLL wont be around to find out if we have that "Lithium Winter" that our mate Botty Boi promised.
