Trouble is mate. Anyone can have an ' Each Way ' bet on the SP direction. However the cold hard reality is that it took an almost interpreted by some of a catastrophic FUNDAMENTAL event to turn it into reality. And nobody would have seen that coming...except for the fact of what the ' rumblings ' might end up being in terms of NEW partnerships and Quebec stepping up finally to keep these assets in the mix.
And that's why it pays to have a look at other core TA indicators in endeavoring to see how it ended up behaving in the face of that some would call ' Catastrophic ' FA event.
