Would PLL be subject to "Blackout" rules? We are all looking in hindsight, but perhaps PLL also may have been forced to make the exit now, being aware of significant events that are likely to unfold in the future within that period?
That could be funding, or even the knowledge of a C&M period?
I know the rules apply to BOD, but do the rules also apply to a significant holder like PLL was?
