⁹I said yesterday that this stinks...
its not very nice the way that our board has allowed this.
plus some say we are just moaning however i personally,do not feel that our board of directors have sayona share holder intersts first and formost at any time in the last 12 months.
they could have immediatly asked for a trading halt and didnt.
how can they and do they see piedemont as a good corporate partner???
we have been shafted 200 million market cap gone plus 35% and counting 24 hour loss to share holders.
god sake how do they justify the salaries?
