Yep so they breached ASX listing rule 3.1 for failing to disclose price sensitive info (share sale)
ASIC regulation part 6c.1 substantial holder disclosure.
I am fairly confident they have failed to action due care and likely breach ASX security trading rules even though SYAs trading policy is very opague.
I wonder if ASIC and ASX will look into pump and dump price manipulation while they are at it.

An some can go on and on about rational explanations for the price change. But it still doesnt justify breaching rules.

Surely ASX will see the issue we had with corporate governance a while ago. Im not pointing the finger at SYA much here but we are a party involved in this unfortunately. Im simply pulling a "Pauline Handson" as such and asking a big "Please explain". An since SYA and its communication has been1/5 star and PLL certainly wont like being interrogated. A 3rd party is the only option. Seeing as ASIC is now done, I may now also need to give ASX a call or shoot them an email.
