HC would have you believing the JV partners are at loggerheads , I doubt that's based on reality, we are the biggest partner and also the operator but the first priority is to avoid C&M and proceed from there.

Although the terms of the OTA are not ideal, at the moment there is no great advantage for PLL they are effectively buying JV concentrate and on selling at much the same price, the margins over the OTA quota prices have evaporated. Like all spodumene producers we are at the mercy of the markets. The biggest challenge is not getting funding its getting it on terms that can work for us and now is not a good time so hanging on with existing cash is a priority.

Everyone will be a bit happier when the price of Spod heads north, not a lot can happen with any conviction untill it does IMO.

Fully agree with you about the spod price. This is the key....till recovery of such, we just need to wait. It will start when China economie bounce back and the sell of their EV increase.
