Guys, if you read the PLL pack they are talking about either the JV getting a credit facility to raise fresh capital, or PLL will sell royalties off their Off-take agreement, or PLL negotiate better working capital terms with their customers (ie higher prepayments). There wont be any CR unless these options are exhausted first.
