I'm sick of this BOD bashing- the reason why the share price is down is lithium prices- that's it. Prices are outside the control of BOD. We have slashed our overheads and are working to increase recovery rates, grades and lower production costs. if you are proposing replacing anyone senior at this stage (with critical knowledge of plant infrastructure), you are really asking for problems.
