Is that not the point of the review that's taking place atm? Are they supposed to come out and reassure prior to having all the facts?
Who do you think is managing Sylvain? Does he have free reign to spend and do whatever he wants?
The price and uncertainty IS what is holding us back due to the stage we are at.
