Just an idea?
How about we just hold our share of spod build a bloody big 60000 ton pile of it.run the business as lean as possible for 6 months then have a spot auction around september at much better price than today.
surely the bottom line increase would be worth it then next time we go into the 200 we should be in realy good shape...
