Here's another view of shorting data for analysis superimposed with events as they transpired.
Unfortunately I can't give historical Borrow Fee Rates before what's mentioned because I only subscribed to that site recently so can only give what I saw.
I believe this data is T+4 so will be interesting to see how it rolls out next few days.
