State Street has been a BIG shareholder of RIO as well , and also a strong proponent of stocks associated with high climate ESG credentials. So you never know exactly what their plan and their clients plan may be here . These Guy's , they like to control ' outcomes ' but I can't really see them wanting to get on the wrong side too much of a Provincial Government of a strong allied Western Nation who's been very very vocal on what their thoughts are on critical minerals and market manipulations thereof..........., and how they can effect supply chains etc.....
