There is a saying in German:
"On every ship that floats and sailsthere's one who rules the roost"
As long as SYA has no qualified person at the top of the company, everyone will ask themselves the question before buying shares: do I have to get involved with SYA or are there better positioned companies (in terms of management)?
Unfortunately, SYA has not done well as a long-term investor in my eyes so far.
