Not sure about how the split would work but ide say it wouldn't be what you've suggested.
For pricing, setting the floor at $1,500 means it's profitable for everybody and helps to establish a market outside of china.
I don't think prices will go 'parabolic' again but there would most likely pricing adjustments in a contract based on chemical pricing etc.
