Id rather just sell on market than a further 20% discount on spot price..... that would certainly be a very good decision if they want to put a nail in the SYA coffin. We have no knowing how long lithium prices will remain subdued or if per GS they trend lower...

At this point most shareholders dont care if we get another Tesla offtake agreement via our JV. But if it comes at a discount just for being associated with Tesla I certainly wouldnt want it. We need something that is fair.....

I forgot that we also are the only spod supplier in NA... yet another big bargaining tool as those transport costs reduce our cost and in turn reduce our required revenue to turn a profit, thus lowering the cost for an OEM or similar to produce and make a margin on products.

Use a weighted average as it will stop the need for floor and ceiling on prices and its giving you an average of the price over the course of a very volatile market atm.
