That was the target / expectation but never a promise and like most ramp ups never went according to plan , however is still likely to get to nameplate. Brett was not particularly forthcoming on the issue at the time.
Basically management either give a timeline or they don't and are damned if they do by raising expectations and then not executing and damned if they don't for not promoting the company if they say nothing..
