There may only be a small fine to pay but i think the bigger picture of upsetting the Govt and not getting any further funding or being shut out of further deals and business because you deliberately go against them is not a smart play. Just announcing that the plan is to go downstream with future funding available would move our SP considerably in my opinion. Even if slightly delayed.
