Hang on a minute in one sentence you say they are independent...then backflip an say they aren't but want to tell me they are working in the best interests of shareholders by being in control of 2 seperate committees that are run by the same 3 working out what they should be paid surely you don't believe that they are totally independent and will work for you without leaning to their own interests first.....nobody can be that naive.
