Yep another .... but is there anything wrong with that ... I mean major shareholders should be represented to ensure their investment is "looked after" ... in essence that is what the non-executive independent directors should be doing as the elected shareholder representatives .... I know SYA has not been effective here ... the fault lies with the nominating committee though.
