The AGM was in November the situation has changed considerably since then. The latest, hence most relevant update on the subject was the quarterly in late January ,which was subsequent to the announcement of the review and contained this..
Sayona is also committed to appointing an independent Chairman to the Board, to enable the Company to satisfy the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations regarding Board composition.
No specific mention of a timeline at that point and the most likely reason for that is because of the review , any potential Chairman would want to have that behind him or her IMO...when situations change so do timelines..there has never been a date for good reason.
