110% correct in what you have articulated in your above post and from my side of the fence....because with your response you are actually agreeing that the Boards of Sayona and Morella ex Altura are tied at the hip and that the committee's they have organised and put together are not Independent of each other or each other's boards and as such from that perspective they are still not Complaint or Independent although as you have so kindly explained what it can look like to others albeit the guidelines written are such that say otherwise...so thank you for taking time to put it out in the words that helps others understand (me l just say as l see it) and see that there is an element of the company that has put together a committee that is not Independent by my laymans terms only how retail have been stiffed over again by Corporate Lawyers who have put together the guidelines that allow this type of bsheet to happen and as such a committee that will stiff retail over again imho.
