    imo he doesn’t want it to go up. He wants to get to nameplate and off load it to PLL for stuff all. It’s been my thought for that the BoD have had this plan for a while. Why else would you make the deals they have. Hopefully it’s not the case but they’re trying hard to make retail lose faith that’s for damn sure.
