I do not think you get the gist of my comments. At this point the project is late, they managed the communications poorly and have a lot of upset people, that is my entire message. My business is software, but the same goes for any project, whether it is constructing a bridge or rolling out a new ad campaign for Coca-Cola. A project has a life and it needs to be managed, if not you get angry people. Stop making it anything different.
