So I can’t make much sense of how the mind of a shorter works.

At the end of the day, there are improvements that both sides of the joint venture must make, otherwise we will go no where.

Let us hope that the review will show us what they are.

I guess my main point(s) are ...
it's OLD News ... basically a more colorful piece (to fit in with the MoM podcast style) of what he in his Q4'23 newsletter.
he is a shorter (by his own admission) ... therefore he is scum (by this forum's standards). Your partner was already attacked in a derogatory way ... it's just a rehash.

So then, from you point of view .... DO YOU AGREE with Will ... Yes or No?
Do you recall me pointing out how heavily shorted (more than SYA) that PLL was in US markets (around 19% I believe)
If shorters are scum then he must be scum ... correct?

The enemy of my enemy is my friend right. How many posts are there here (not saying your posts) where PLL are put in the position of the "enemy of SYA". Will is clearly the enemy of PLL. Ergo he is SYA's friend ... hence the "celebratory" retort. This is JMO.

These "short reports" are SCRIPTED ... how about the even older Culper Research June 2022 (yeah right - research my you know what) ... pretty much the first thing they said

1) PLL is a stock Promotion

2) PLL Mgmt is shite

3) PLL Assets are shite ... and to just get you all focused on the one in common ...

Do these shorters follow a script ... you bet they do.
Is NAL a third rate asset, low quality...?
Does it have operational issues (which lead to 2 prior bankruptcies ... at least 1 was more related to ASP V CoP)?

These guys thrive on FUD (Fear Uncertaintly Doubt). Why give them more airtime?
