What Reg is saying is that when CG model SYA valuation, they don’t include downstream processing. Their original modelling for PLL included downstream processing, but they will now exclude that component to be consistent and align both models. Presumably they will start including downstream processing in their modelling for both companies if (once!) there is certainty of downstream going ahead.
