Baffled to see that the SYAOTC trades at close to 10% higher than the ASX trading price
The US OTC market traded at 2.7US cents equivalent to a close 4.2AU cents. Volume was also about 55% above 65days average. Still minimal from the grand scheme of things.
If only there is arbitrage opportunity..
Still crazy given that spod price moved more than USD30/t yesterday but this stock is still under short selling pressure.
Say they did a shipment to a customer beginning of March, spod price was 960 USD/t back then. Since their contracts are priced at landing, as of today a 20kt shipment is worth ~USD3m more or ~AUD4.5m straight to the kitty. And it seems spod price is still heading north from recent Albamere and PLS auction.
